There are TV's in the Living room, primary and secondary bedroom

There are "hot" keys for all the premier streaming services as well as Apple TV option

Door Lock

There is an automatic door lock on the front door.

This is programmed to auto-lock ONE minute after the door is closed

You will also find a set of House keys and Garage door opener if you need them

Pass-code will be sent in a separate Email after booking

Fireplace

The electric fireplace is design for Light display and Heating the room

Garage

There is a garage at the unit. You can pull into the driveway, then go around to the front to go into the door to enter and open the garage.

There is a $50 charge for loos of the garage door opener

Furniture

Please take care of the furnishings and please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Kitchen

Please do your dishes and run the dishwasher as needed.

Garbage can be placed in the Dumpster in the Garage when you leave
